Our work focuses on the correct positioning of the goalkeeper at the bar, optimal depth of positioning, the correct choice of interventions and playing situations. This includes complete catching technique on the ice and on dry land. We place great emphasis on compensatory exercises and encourage the formation of healthy habits.
