We have stocks of a wide range of materials (pipes, profiles, sheets).

I do conventional piece metalworking, grinding, jig boring, EDM, production and repair of press tools and moulds, production line jigs etc. I sell bearings and the whole complete range of SKF and INA, SKF regional dealer - the same as authorized.

Buying and selling stainless steel. We perform heat treatment of stainless steel, offer automatic material cutting, soft annealing, normalizing annealing, refining, straightening and peeling. We also focus on chemical analysis, ultrasonic, mechanical, macroscopic and metallographic testing.

Dealing with laser profile machining and metal fabrication cooperation. We cut profiles from aluminium, stainless steel and common steel on the 3D fiber laser ADIGE LT8. The program includes the possibility of 2D and 3D cutting with automatic feeding. We select the optimum solution for different materials to ensure the quality of the cut.

With the pressure of water (4000 bar) and abrasive sand it is possible to cut most materials (metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, stone tiles and others) with accuracy to 0, 1 mm. The dimensions of our cutting table are 4000 x 3000mm. We cut material in thickness from 0, 1 to 300 mm.
