We are engaged in custom manufacturing of precision sheet metal cutouts, i.e. laser cutting of metals on TRUMPF machines and their subsequent bending on bending presses. We also carry out welding, bandsaw and hand plasma cutting, drilling, grinding, milling, turning, trimming, profile bending and other work.

We are dedicated to waterjet cutting. With the pressure of water (4000 bar) and abrasive sand it is possible to cut most materials (metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, stone tiles and others) with accuracy to 0, 1 mm. The dimensions of our cutting table are 4000 x 3000mm. We cut material in thickness from 0, 1 to 300 mm.

We provide laser cutting of sheet metal, edge processing of cut-outs, bending, drilling, threading, resistance welding, manual + robotic welding, blasting, powder coating, assembly and transport of products. Serial and piece production of metal parts according to drawings and customer requirements.

Stellis s. r. o. specializes in waterjet cutting for customers throughout the Czech Republic. We offer precise and gentle cutting of metals, plastics, glass, stone and composites using high pressure technology without thermal impact.

I do conventional piece metalworking, grinding, jig boring, EDM, production and repair of press tools and moulds, production line jigs etc. I sell bearings and the whole complete range of SKF and INA, SKF regional dealer - the same as authorized.
