We are engaged in material cutting by burning, cutting and shearing.

We offer sheet metal cutting up to 3000×1500 mm using Platino Fiber laser center. We also provide additional services in the form of CNC bending, steel and stainless steel welding and powder coating.

I offer laser cutting of sheet metal up to 12mm iron, 5mm stainless steel and 3mm non-ferrous metals.

We are dedicated to waterjet cutting. With the pressure of water (4000 bar) and abrasive sand it is possible to cut most materials (metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, stone tiles and others) with accuracy to 0, 1 mm. The dimensions of our cutting table are 4000 x 3000mm. We cut material in thickness from 0, 1 to 300 mm.

Waterjet cutting. We provide waterjet cutting and finishing of any materials on two 2x3m cutting tables. The thickness of the cut material is 0,1 - 200mm.

Dealing with laser profile machining and metal fabrication cooperation. We cut profiles from aluminium, stainless steel and common steel on the 3D fiber laser ADIGE LT8. The program includes the possibility of 2D and 3D cutting with automatic feeding. We select the optimum solution for different materials to ensure the quality of the cut.

Buying and selling stainless steel. We perform heat treatment of stainless steel, offer automatic material cutting, soft annealing, normalizing annealing, refining, straightening and peeling. We also focus on chemical analysis, ultrasonic, mechanical, macroscopic and metallographic testing.
