Schmid Machinery and Locksmith Company was founded in 2010. We have built on a long family tradition, so the knowledge and experience in metalworking and locksmithing is passed on from generation to generation, ensuring first-class quality. The headquarters of the company is in Velké Výklek.

Production and distribution of tools for professional machining. Performing heat treatment of metals. We offer cylindrical end mills, shape mills, spear mills, socket mills, disc mills and shaped hole mills. The product range also includes drills, saws, countersinks.

Creation of 3D CAD models, visualization, technical documentation. Custom manufacturing of machinery, equipment, fixtures, staircases, railings, interior/exterior elements, motorcycle components and accessories. CNC plasma sheet metal cutting - steel, stainless steel, aluminium. CNC milling, conventional machining.

I offer thermoplastic molding, planing, turning and metalworking. I manufacture epoxy, electroplating and steel moulds, cutting and bending tools, drilling or milling jigs.

Cutting shapes from metal materials on CNC machine. We provide grinding, drilling, bending, welding.

Dealing with laser profile machining and metal fabrication cooperation. We cut profiles from aluminium, stainless steel and common steel on the 3D fiber laser ADIGE LT8. The program includes the possibility of 2D and 3D cutting with automatic feeding. We select the optimum solution for different materials to ensure the quality of the cut.

We offer cutting and shearing of sheet metal coils.
