The company was established in 2002 and is engaged in the production of turned products on turning single spindle CNC machines, the possibility of horizontal and vertical CNC milling.

We are engaged in custom manufacturing of machine parts on CNC machines. We machine steel, non-ferrous metals, graphite, plastics. We provide surface finishing, galvanizing, nickel plating, silver plating, blackening, painting and tinning.

Offer metalworking.

The company was established as a purely Czech, privately owned company. It uses exclusively its own production and warehouse facilities for its activities and since the beginning it has specialized in chip machining up to 50 mm diameter and assembly of units mainly for the automotive industry.

Offering machining on conventional machines. Turning up to 800 mm diameter, milling, round grinding. Piece and small batch production. Production of rings and atypical washers for finished and semi-finished products.

We provide services in toolmaking, CNC turning and milling, thread rolling or plastic moulding. We provide metal fabrication and metalworking. We perform pressing on eccentric presses.

Offer of metal machining.

We provide CNC metal machining. We also weld aluminum, steel and stainless steel. We provide grinding, cutting, heat treatment and surface treatment (galvanizing, chrome plating, nickel plating, blackening, anodizing).

We offer services in the field of metal chip machining. We perform turning, milling and drilling on CNC machines. Surface treatment of co-operated parts can be arranged by agreement.

We provide custom locksmithing or metalworking and CNC cutting of materials.
