Performing locksmith work and metalworking.

We deal with precision engineering production. Production of spare parts, cutting tools and setting jigs. We provide complete piece and batch production of shearing and forming tools, precision part jigs and complex shaped parts of all types and materials including surface finishes.

We specialise in metalworking and CNC turning. We manufacture metal products either in series or to order. We offer turning work on semi-automatic SPRY 40 CNC lathe, turning on spindle lathes up to max. diameter 250 mm and length 750 mm, work on turret lathes up to max. diameter 25 mm.

Offering laser and plasma cutting, cutting and burning of metals. We do CNC bending and machining, powder coating, tube bending and locksmithing. We manufacture custom stainless steel for the food and medical industries. We manufacture cooking towers for ham.

Offer of metalworking works.

Carry out pressing on cutting tools including assembly. I offer toolmaking, locksmithing and machine work as well as scoring.

We offer chip machining of metals and non-metals such as milling, drilling, grinding mostly non-rotary in nature using CNC machining and CAD/CAM systems. We also offer CAD design of jigs and parts including assembly and assembly. CNC machining for the Lanškroun area, we cooperate with companies all over the Czech Republic.

We provide metal fabrication including CNC machining. Focus on turning work from 4 - 120 mm diameter, milling work, CNC milling and machining, machining of castings or milling of shaped parts.

Offer metalworking and toolmaking activities. Manufacture of injection moulds, tools, precision spare parts and EDM.

We are engaged in the processing of plastics and ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We do milling, turning, EDM, flat and cylindrical grinding, tool sharpening, material cutting, sparking and surface finishing. We provide CAD design.

Production of metal parts on CNC machines, machine metalworking, production of butchery and sausage machines, cutting composition and cutter knives.

We perform CNC milling, concentric grinding, flat grinding and external cylindrical grinding. Cutting tools, bending tools, manufacture of dials and aluminium frames for stops. We offer total fabrication of metal parts and assemblies.

We deal with metalworking and welding. We carry out the manufacture of prefabricated and welded structures and general engineering production in series and piece production. We offer polishing, brushing of metals and non-metals flat and round to high gloss.
