We are engaged in custom metal fabrication and metalworking. We mainly perform CNC milling 3D, CNC turning, machining on horizons (WHN 13.8 and WHN 10). Our other activities are electrical discharge machining, TIG and MIG welding, sheet metal bending.

We deal with modelling of technological processes, especially the processes of various types of forming - hot and cold forming and heat treatment. Development design deals with fixture and tool design, forming tool design, design optimization and reverse engineering.

We offer CNC machining of semi-finished products, castings of all types of cast metals and non-ferrous metals (bronze, brass, copper), we are newly expanding our offer to steel and aluminium. We produce precision parts for engineering. Our specialization is turning and milling of flanges, labyrinths, sliding bushings, rails or machine parts. 3D measuring.

We manufacture structural elements for the construction of metal stamping and plastic injection moulding tools (VALCAM, wedge units, guide bushes, guide plates, angle rails, guide posts, prismatic guides, gas springs, guide slide units with angled pin, KOCU, KPH, slide parts, roller rails).
