We perform metalworking, laser burning, MIG/MAG welding in protective atmosphere or pressing.

We provide cnc laser cutting of tubes, profiles and sheets (4x profile laser, 1x laser on sheet metal), cnc bending of sheets, cnc bending of tubes, production of threads by Flowdrill method, robotic and manual welding, metal fabrication. We have stocks of a wide range of materials (pipes, profiles, sheets).

We offer CNC turning, conventional machining, thread rolling and industrial marking. We deal in series, piece and custom production of rotating parts. We turn all types of threads including special and NPT threads. We manufacture: pins, bolts, gears, shafts, staples, studs.

The plant provides hard chrome plating of parts up to the following dimensions: length max. 8000 mm, diameter max. 550 mm, weight max. 3 000 kg. We also provide grinding and polishing of parts before and after chrome plating, repair by unique technology of pad electroplating and microwelding, as well as induction hardening.

We provide machining of metallic and non-metallic materials and CNC turning and CNC milling. We also specialize in drilling, tapping, stamping and more. Our other activities include machining plastics and providing in-house surface finishing. We carry out small batch and mass production.

We offer vertical metalworking, turning, multi-axis milling, threading and sharpening services for saws, planer blades, chains. We also deal with serial metal production, metal cutting, finishing of finished products, production of moulds and special tools.

Manufacture and development of broadcast antennas, high frequency electronics, CNC turning and milling. Our product range includes wi-fi antennas, dishes, MMDS transceivers, converters, transmitters and more. We also offer RF filters, cables, cabinets and other goods.
