We offer CNC turning, conventional machining, thread rolling and industrial marking. We deal in series, piece and custom production of rotating parts. We turn all types of threads including special and NPT threads. We manufacture: pins, bolts, gears, shafts, staples, studs.
The plant provides hard chrome plating of parts up to the following dimensions: length max. 8000 mm, diameter max. 550 mm, weight max. 3 000 kg. We also provide grinding and polishing of parts before and after chrome plating, repair by unique technology of pad electroplating and microwelding, as well as induction hardening.
Thermal and chemical cleaning of metals. During our time on the market we have gained experience in removing all types of organic coatings such as powder paint, KTL, wet and cured paint, plastic and rubber residues, silicone, Teflon and various types of adhesives.

We provide chip machining, sanding, heat treatment and locksmith work. The main activities include turning where we are able to produce parts up to a diameter of 1,200 mm. We perform both vertical and horizontal milling. We are able to grind both rotary parts and planar parts.
We are engaged in the production of pressed day, planing, cutting, bending, machining or drilling and other processes of complete production preparation. We are also engaged in the manufacture of tubular heat exchangers.
Dealing with laser profile machining and metal fabrication cooperation. We cut profiles from aluminium, stainless steel and common steel on the 3D fiber laser ADIGE LT8. The program includes the possibility of 2D and 3D cutting with automatic feeding. We select the optimum solution for different materials to ensure the quality of the cut.
