We offer CNC turning, conventional machining, thread rolling and industrial marking. We deal in series, piece and custom production of rotating parts. We turn all types of threads including special and NPT threads. We manufacture: pins, bolts, gears, shafts, staples, studs.

We perform metalworking, laser burning, MIG/MAG welding in protective atmosphere or pressing.

The plant provides hard chrome plating of parts up to the following dimensions: length max. 8000 mm, diameter max. 550 mm, weight max. 3 000 kg. We also provide grinding and polishing of parts before and after chrome plating, repair by unique technology of pad electroplating and microwelding, as well as induction hardening.

We provide machining of metallic and non-metallic materials and CNC turning and CNC milling. We also specialize in drilling, tapping, stamping and more. Our other activities include machining plastics and providing in-house surface finishing. We carry out small batch and mass production.

We offer laser sheet metal machining. Sheet metal processing, sheet metal laser cutting, sheet metal burning with a mallet. Custom metal fabrication (large and small orders), sliding gates, steel staircases, custom fabrication, structural units, machine parts and more.

We produce custom machined products on conventional machines (turning, milling, cutting, drilling, round and flat grinding) in steel, Al alloys, bronze, brass, stainless steel and plastic. Products are supplied including heat treatment and surface treatment.

We provide chip machining, sanding, heat treatment and locksmith work. The main activities include turning where we are able to produce parts up to a diameter of 1,200 mm. We perform both vertical and horizontal milling. We are able to grind both rotary parts and planar parts.
