Implementation of vulcanization of rubber on metal surfaces, including metalworking and provision of locksmith production. Offer of cuffs and dusters, silentblocks, rubberized rods, wheels and rings. Manufacture of anchor sleeves, moulds for rubber or plastic products, fabrication and refurbishment of forging inserts, weld machining.

We are engaged in custom machining of metals and plastics on CNC milling machines for engineering, industry and construction. We perform chip machining including drilling and tapping and machining of semi-finished products such as castings, forgings, cut-outs and off-cuts.

The company focuses mainly on rotating parts using CNC carousels and also on CNC milling and drilling of workpieces. Castings, forgings, cut-outs are either supplied by the customer or provided by our company. Max. size of semi-finished products is about 2000 mm and weight 3,5t. Wet painting and 3D measuring are also offered.

I provide metal fabrication and tooling. I deal with the production of moulds for the glass and plastic industry. I do turning, milling, drilling, grinding and assembly of equipment. I focus on series and medium series production of turned and milled parts.
