We offer metalworking, CNC milling, turning, grinding and drilling. We provide surface treatment and heat treatment of metals. The main activity of the company is focused on the production of machinery, automated production, transport and packaging lines, single-purpose machines, robotic workplaces.

Engaged in the manufacture of machine parts on conventional machines in piece and small batch production including heat treatment of material. We assemble machine assemblies, manufacture hinges for catalogue saws and special hinges.

We offer CNC machining.

We deal with custom CNC metalworking from piece production to serial production on automatic lathes. We perform measurements on a 3D coordinate measuring machine and micro punch marking of parts. We own modern CAD-CAM systems for programming machines. We are a certified company according to ČSN EN ISO 90.

I deal with setting and programming of CNC metalworking machines.

Implementation of vulcanization of rubber on metal surfaces, including metalworking and provision of locksmith production. Offer of cuffs and dusters, silentblocks, rubberized rods, wheels and rings. Manufacture of anchor sleeves, moulds for rubber or plastic products, fabrication and refurbishment of forging inserts, weld machining.

Specialise in the manufacture of knives and simple cutting tools for the carton industry. We also provide manufacturing of machines and systems. We also focus on all packaging, paper, textile and leather industries. We offer milling, drilling, grinding, etc.

The company focuses mainly on rotating parts using CNC carousels and also on CNC milling and drilling of workpieces. Castings, forgings, cut-outs are either supplied by the customer or provided by our company. Max. size of semi-finished products is about 2000 mm and weight 3,5t. Wet painting and 3D measuring are also offered.

We offer grinding and cutting of single cylinder engines.
