I deal with setting and programming of CNC metalworking machines.

We deal with custom CNC metalworking from piece production to serial production on automatic lathes. We perform measurements on a 3D coordinate measuring machine and micro punch marking of parts. We own modern CAD-CAM systems for programming machines. We are a certified company according to ČSN EN ISO 90.

We do CNC machining of metal parts, stamping, punching, CNC bending, welding of sheet metal and other parts. We also manufacture locksmith parts. CAD/CAM design.

We offer service and repair of machines such as universal/vertical milling machines, machining centers, lathes, machine tools, slotting machines, CNC rotary tables, dividers, electromagnetic clutches, brakes, spare parts, measuring probe, Heidenhain indication and more.

I am engaged in metal fabrication cooperation. Production operation in the fields of turning, CNC turning, milling, drilling, material cutting.

Engaged in the manufacture of machine parts on conventional machines in piece and small batch production including heat treatment of material. We assemble machine assemblies, manufacture hinges for catalogue saws and special hinges.
