Manufacture of anchor sleeves, moulds for rubber or plastic products, fabrication and refurbishment of forging inserts, weld machining.

We provide locksmithing, piece and small batch metal fabrication, machine repair and overhaul, metal fabrication and hydraulic system repair. We have a wide range of machinery so we can offer our customers machining of even very complex parts.

The company focuses mainly on rotating parts using CNC carousels and also on CNC milling and drilling of workpieces. Castings, forgings, cut-outs are either supplied by the customer or provided by our company. Max. size of semi-finished products is about 2000 mm and weight 3,5t. Wet painting and 3D measuring are also offered.

We provide sharpening of woodworking tools of all types, repair of garden equipment and metalworking (milling, turning, flat and round grinding).

I provide CNC metal machining. I focus on mass machining of forgings and castings. I provide surface finishes by electroplating and powder coating. There are 2 horizontal machining centers MFCH40, vertical machining center HEDELIUS MC 40 or automatic band saw 235x315 A-NC.
