We are engaged in the mass production of iron assembly parts for excavation and agricultural machinery or for the automotive industry. We carry out pressing and welding work, turning, milling and cutting of sheet metal. We provide CNC bending.

Piece, serial and small batch production of parts according to drawings for Czech and foreign customers. Production is carried out on CNC machine tools, conventional machines. We offer grinding, electroerosive cutting, welding and locksmith work.

The company focuses mainly on rotating parts using CNC carousels and also on CNC milling and drilling of workpieces. Castings, forgings, cut-outs are either supplied by the customer or provided by our company. Max. size of semi-finished products is about 2000 mm and weight 3,5t. Wet painting and 3D measuring are also offered.

Implementation of vulcanization of rubber on metal surfaces, including metalworking and provision of locksmith production. Offer of cuffs and dusters, silentblocks, rubberized rods, wheels and rings. Manufacture of anchor sleeves, moulds for rubber or plastic products, fabrication and refurbishment of forging inserts, weld machining.

We process materials using CNC milling, including 3D milling, programming according to models, complete production from production documentation and also repair of tools and moulds, micro-welding and polishing of moulds to high gloss. We are also involved in the trade of consumables.
