Offering turning of rotating parts. Manufacture of high pressure hydraulic hose ends. We focus on mass production of rotating parts machined on six spindle automatic turning machines. As a starting material we use automatic steel with a diameter of 10mm - 40mm.

Our main program is custom machining on machine tools, milling, turning, flat grinding, cylindrical grinding, machining, drilling according to drawings, welding. Also surface hardened by laser.

We offer custom machining, metal and non-metallic material machining, CNC milling, small batch and piece production of precision parts. We make parts for sports cars, vintage cars, agricultural, food, railroad and engineering industries. We provide plastics processing.

We offer sheet metal fabrication: pressing, laser burning, punching, bending, machining, laser cutting, scoring, deburring, sheet metal welding and locksmithing.

We specialize in precision machining and surface treatment of stainless steel, aluminum and steel parts. We offer a wide range of services from burning on a Trump 3530 flatbed laser, to plating on an Amada machine, to welding, milling, machining and auxiliary locksmith work.

I deal with setting and programming of CNC metalworking machines.

We deal with custom CNC metalworking from piece production to serial production on automatic lathes. We perform measurements on a 3D coordinate measuring machine and micro punch marking of parts. We own modern CAD-CAM systems for programming machines. We are a certified company according to ČSN EN ISO 90.
