We deal with custom CNC metalworking from piece production to serial production on automatic lathes. We perform measurements on a 3D coordinate measuring machine and micro punch marking of parts. We own modern CAD-CAM systems for programming machines. We are a certified company according to ČSN EN ISO 90.

I deal with setting and programming of CNC metalworking machines.

We develop and build single-purpose machines and equipment. We offer conventional or CNC machining.

We offer sheet metal fabrication: pressing, laser burning, punching, bending, machining, laser cutting, scoring, deburring, sheet metal welding and locksmithing.

Manufacture locksmith products according to customer's drawings. We offer rotary machining, turning, milling, grinding, boring, cutting and welding. We perform chip machining of cast iron, aluminum and steel. We use a CNC vertical lathe with powered tools.

Turning on sv18 lathe, milling on FA3 milling machine and machining on WH63 horizontal boring machine. Also grinding HSS circular saws and slabs and meat grinder blades.

I perform metal turning and milling on conventional and CNC machines.

Our company is mainly engaged in the pressing of metal parts (forgings or complete products). We perform forming of pipes, jäckl, profiles and building elements from reinforcing steel, cutting of sheets, bending of logs. We offer pressing of sleeves or washers, nailing. Possibility of stamping logos, letters, numbers into metal.
