Plate material forming and edging. We form shaped parts by CNC milling with industrial DIA tools, milling composite materials, plastics, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. Banding is done on an industrial banding machine.

We deal with machining of metals, non-metals and plastics on CNC machines. We cooperate with the production of heat treatment and surface treatment. We produce parts for ultralight aircraft. We sell composite propellers, control cylinders, nose wheels, tires, tubes, hoses, tailpipes, fuel systems and spare parts.

Our production program is CNC machining and custom metal fabrication. The basis of our machinery consists of CNC machine tools, as well as universal machines. We also supply metallurgical materials and semi-finished products.

Performing machining work.

The company is a purely Czech company, which was founded to develop and manufacture compact and high-performance CNC lathes DynaTurn series.

We provide CNC and conventional machining of metals and plastics. We offer batch and piece production, jig, tooling and motorcycle component manufacturing.

We provide complex custom work in engineering and industry. We provide CNC machining, welding, metalworking and precision tool making.

We carry out machining on horizontal boring machines, milling and turning work, slotting, flat grinding, grinding of large diameter drill bits or small locksmith work.

Manufacture of welded structures, stators for motors or transformer vessels including weldments for mining equipment and components for construction machinery. Implementation of CNC machining, robotization and automated welding.

Offering machining of rotary parts in small series and serial production up to 30 mm diameter on Schaublin automatic machines.

We manufacture drilling tools for construction and geology, drill rod casing, augers, vessels, drill heads, injection and flush pumps. We also do CNC machining, locksmithing and construction. We are representatives of Colcrete Eurodrill in the Czech Republic.

Manufacture of foundry models. We offer grey and ductile iron castings, weldments and machining. Service and repair of diesel generators of ČKD Hořovice brand, sale of spare parts.
