We focus on the customized serial production of rotating parts. We have 4 older pieces of AD6 long barrel automatics up to 6mm machining diameter, also 2 pieces of A20B revolver automatics up to 22mm machining diameter.

Pressing of sheet metal parts for the automotive industry, design and manufacture of pressing tools, welding of stainless steel structures, blasting of stainless steel (balotining), burning (plasma and laser) of stainless and black sheet metal, manufacture of household goods. Machining on CNC controlled machines, milling centres and horizontals.

Carrying out metalwork and manufacturing of stainless steel railings. Custom manufacture of chippers. We also specialise in cylindrical grinding, welding of aluminium in a protective atmosphere, machining of weldments and castings, design and manufacture of shear fixtures and moulds.

Manufacture of shackles, bolts, roofing fasteners, thread rolling and carrying out foundry work. Offering CNC machining.

CNC turning - flange part: up to 700mm diameter, bar stock: 2x machine up to 50mm diameter, 1x machine up to 100mm diameter. CNC milling - maximum table travel: 1200 x 600mm. Conventional turning, drilling and tapping, centerless grinding up to 60mm diameter.
