The implementation of machining.

We deal with custom locksmith production. We weld using Mig/Mag, TIG. We weld materials such as stainless steel, steel, aluminum, brass. We perform CNC plasma and laser cutting in sheet metal, tubes, steel. We produce construction fittings. Gitterbox production. Sale of welding equipment and materials.

The main production activity of the company is the extrusion of aluminum components for the automotive industry. In addition to pressing, the company also deals with degreasing, fluxing, welding, grinding and repair of pressing machines and tools.

We do metalworking.

We manufacture press tools. We do CNC machining, 5 axis milling, grinding and EDM. We develop and manufacture prototypes.

We provide CNC milling, aluminum alloy machining and high speed milling on CNC machining centers with Heidenhain control system with CAD/CAM support. Size of machined parts: X=750mm, Y=500mm, Z=500mm. Production of machine and instrument parts.

We are engaged in custom CNC milling of piece and small batch production including surface and heat treatment. We are able to provide complete production. Production is realized on the basis of drawing documentation or supplied sample.

We manufacture cutting and pressing tools. We deal with electrical discharge machining, wire cutting, CNC milling or the manufacture of replacement shear and mould parts.

Cooperation in engineering and engineering production. Engineering production with the latest technology in machining, milling, turning, grinding, welding, foundry and metrology.

Machining on CNC machine tools. Five-axis milling, turning, especially piece production of shaped and technologically complex workpieces.
