Offering metal fabrication on CNC machines and laser, sheet metal, aluminium and stainless steel cutting, bending and welding including assembly, powder coating.

We are engaged in metal fabrication and metalworking. Serial and small batch production of mainly rotary parts according to customer supplied documentation on CNC and conventional machine tools. We perform metal treatment and production of metal parts.

Offer of metal fabrication with a focus on complex sheet metal processing using CNC technologies. We provide production in the range - CAD design, laser cutting, bending, welding, product assembly, final surface treatment, product marking, packaging and shipping.

Body repairs - metal fabrication. We provide repairs of corroded car bodies and production of building metal accessories, gates, fences, stairs, etc.

We provide laser cutting of sheet metal parts, sheet metal bending, sheet metal cutting, punching and shaped punching of sheet metal parts, tig/mig welding, sheet metal cutting, assembly. We also provide powder coating, electroplating and hot dip galvanizing, design and manufacture test samples for larger series.

CNC sheet metal fabrication (fiberlaser + heating), welding steel, stainless steel, aluminum, NDT inspection, welding supervision. Riveting, pressing and resistance welding of fasteners, powder coating, pre-assembly, assembly.

Engaged in custom and mass metal fabrication - sliding gates, doors, etc. We also do electrical and wiring work.

We specialize in CNC milling, our main customers are some of the most prestigious Czech companies that specialize in aerospace and rail transport. We are currently producing both piece and serial parts. We already have a total of four machining centres in our machine park.

We deal with custom locksmithing and metal fabrication. We do stainless steel welding, aluminum welding, bending, turning and assembly or welding work. We manufacture gates, industrial doors, stairs and steel structures.
