We provide hot dip galvanizing according to European standard EN ISO 1461. We use the so-called dry and wet galvanizing technology, which allows us to galvanize even small parts, hollow vessels and more. It is possible to galvanise large structures. We produce mainly special piston rings made of nickel alloys, in this area we are the only manufacturer in the Czech Republic, we also produce workpieces mainly from cast iron, steel and aluminium in regular small batches and the last branch of our activity is the production and assembly of robotic chassis and robots themselves.

We specialise in the complete cycle of development and production of new moulds for concrete products from moulded parts to large shafts. We refurbish older moulds and suggest design changes to extend the service life. We also offer custom metal fabrication and robotic welding.
