Our apartments in the center of the historic town of Polička offer accommodation for families with children, couples and individuals. All apartments offer fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, private bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer short-term, but also long-term cheap accommodation in Ceska Trebova. We are located at the exit to Litomyšl. There is free parking in front of the building. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and refrigerator. On each floor you will find a common kitchen. In the surroundings you can take a walking tour.

The apartment is located directly below Kozlovský hill, in close proximity to the Javorka park. It is a 4-minute walk from the town centre, 400m from the train station. Opposite the apartment there is a café and a shop nearby. It is designed for max. 3 persons. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking on the private plot.
