It serves as a conference and community center for meetings, conferences, teambuilding activities, weddings, camps and as a starting point for trips to Brdy.

The guesthouse offers 4 rooms and one apartment. The guesthouse has a new owner and operator from April 2025 and it is waiting for a gradual reconstruction and modernization of all rooms.
