The resort is located in southern Bohemia in the district of Jindřichův Hradec in the picturesque surroundings of the Nežarka river valley. It is an ideal place for a pleasant family holiday or for organizing events with an outdoor theme. It is possible to enjoy cycling (a dense network of cycling routes) hiking and ball games.

Here you have direct contact with the unique nature of the Třeboň Protected Landscape Area, the surrounding area is made up of picturesque landscape with many ponds. Nearby is a large forest complex of the former game preserve Jemčina with a hunting lodge.
