The cottage is located in the area of the Dolní Morava resort at an altitude of 730m above sea level. The renovated cottage offers accommodation for up to 16 people. The facility is adapted to the needs of families with children. We are happy to welcome families with children, for whom there is an outdoor playground.

The cottage is located in the foothills of the Orlické Mountains and offers suitable conditions for year-round recreation. The location is very convenient as a starting point for cyclists and hikers. The property has a large plot of over 6,000 m2 guaranteeing peace, privacy and the possibility of free movement of children. The maximum capacity is 10 people.

The sports complex and camp is located about 3 km from the Dolní Morava resort. The Morava River flows through the campsite. The campsite has two large trampolines, a tennis court, a football field, a children's playground and an adrenaline park. There are token showers, toilets and an equipped kitchen with a washing machine.
