The camp is located in a quiet part of the residential area of Troja and is very close to the city centre. It is possible to walk, cycle or use public transport to the centre. As of the 2019 season, the camp is run by a new operator.

The main focus of the hotel is the realization of official events of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. Thanks to its romantic atmosphere, it is also popular as a wedding venue. The hotel provides comfortable accommodation in renovated rooms, there are also 5 conference rooms and a renovated restaurant.
