This self-sufficient Czech house is located in an area with no utility connections. As a result, the house generates all the electricity it needs from the sun year-round, stores it in batteries, and then uses it. It also provides for its own other needs.

We offer accommodation in four bedrooms. There is a living area and a kitchenette with full equipment including a fridge, dishwasher and dishes. It is possible to use the sauna or ski storage. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking and skiing.

The cottage provides accommodation for 6 people in 2 bedrooms. There is one room in the attic with a large terrace overlooking the lake, sleeps 4. On the ground floor there is a living room with 2 extra beds and a dining room with a furnished kitchenette, toilet + shower. In the garden there is a fireplace and barbecue.
