The property has a separate kitchen with equipment and the possibility of cooking on request and on the stove and with homemade products (milk, butter, cottage cheese and others). There is an outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities and a small garden for relaxation.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, the entrance is through a separate entrance and a flowering garden inviting for sitting and evening barbecues. Bicycle storage is available.
