The apartment is located in the roof of the reconstructed barn Humno 11, which is located in Moravia in the village of Rataje near Olomouc. In the surroundings there are various cycling trails, the chateau Čechy pod Kosířem, the chateau Náměšt' na Hané, attractions such as the Black Tower in Drahanovice, the natural biotope Laškov or the sandpit Náklo.

We run a youth home for students of Sigmund Secondary School of Engineering and possibly for students of other schools. The pupils have newly equipped rooms, kitchen, study room, games room, lounge, workshop and gym. Wi-fi is covered throughout the building. All day meals are provided for pupils.

Accommodation in apartments. We have 2 to 4 bed apartments with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, fridge and TV. The apartments offer the possibility of outdoor seating in a small garden.

The ground-floor holiday home has 1 bedroom, a kitchenette with good equipment including a fridge and oven, a living area and a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are provided in the house.
