Katlov Lakes & Homes offers a holiday in the picturesque countryside with the possibility of fishing on private water, but also much more. We are located in a very quiet and romantic place where you will forget the everyday hustle and bustle of the city.

A magical cottage nestled in the countryside near the woods. Accommodation in total privacy, surrounded by greenery and an ornamental relaxing garden. In the garden there are several relaxation zones, a covered seating area or relax in the hot tub.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven. Towels and bed linen are provided in this apartment.

Rooms at the guest house have a wardrobe. Rooms with an electric kettle and in some cases a lake view are provided. A private bathroom is standard.

This holiday home has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave.

Accommodation in the original Malesov brewery. The apartments have large beds, wardrobe, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave and kettle, private bathroom with bath and toiletries. For guests outdoor seating area with pergola and barbecue, bicycle house.

For couples, we offer a Romantic Room with a kitchenette and a bathtub by the window overlooking the fortress, or a Steampunk Room with a four-poster bed and a unique shower (both rooms feature a private bathroom, refrigerator, and electric kettle). For larger groups, we have the Dwarf Apartment for 6+2 people with a kitchen and shower (2 toilets).

We offer iconic accommodation for 25 people with a kitchen and dining room with wine cellar, equipped bar, smokehouse and screen in the attic.
