We provide information services about public transport in Prague and its surroundings. We sell tickets, coupons, timetables, maps, souvenirs from the DPP Fanshop, Prague Visitor Pass, tickets for line 42 and FlixBus. We issue Lítačky, PID passes and student passes. We distribute public transport plans, fare information and closures.

In our information centre we have experienced and qualified staff who can advise you where to go to the museum, to lunch or can organize a program for your entire leisure time. You will also find a luxury shop with Czech crystal, cosmetics, glass, souvenirs and Vltavín.

The information centre is located near the Central Ceremonial Hall, just 20 metres behind the gate of Olšanské Hřbitovy on the left. The new office offers visitors considerably more comfort, including seating. We operate a funeral service, Prague crematoria, a number of ceremonial halls and 33 cemeteries.

We operate a tourist information center. We provide an information service, links to accommodation services, information on national and international transport and offers cultural and social events. We offer information brochures, printed materials and internet. It also includes a specialist tourism library.

We provide all information about Prague, sightseeing tours through Prague and its surroundings, excursions, boat cruises; presale of the Homeland History tours; sale of the official tourist card Prague Visitor Pass and sale of national and international tickets of Czech Railways.
