We take care of tourism in Prague. We operate 5 tourist information centres, a dispatching centre for guides, offer educational courses for the public and guides, thematic walks through the city, publish maps and brochures.

We operate a website providing tourist information. We provide tips for trips, accommodation, holidays, skiing, timetables and flights. We offer a guide, practical advice, travel guide or a description of a place of interest.

We promote Germany abroad as a country with a rich and varied range of tourist destinations. In our role as the destination marketing organisation for Germany, we aim to build awareness of the possibilities of spending holidays in Germany. We invite you to discover the wine regions or culture of Germany.

The monastery information center is located in a former granary just a few steps from the main gate leading to St. Margaret’s Church. Guided tours of the monastery depart from here, and you can purchase tickets and a map of the grounds here. There is also a small shop selling books, postcards, and rosaries made by Brother Martin. Open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

In our information centre we have experienced and qualified staff who can advise you where to go to the museum, to lunch or can organize a program for your entire leisure time. You will also find a luxury shop with Czech crystal, cosmetics, glass, souvenirs and Vltavín.

We sell Prague Visitor Pass, tickets for line 42 and FlixBus. We distribute public transport timetables, fare information and closures.

We provide all the information about Prague (culture, orientation around the city, transport, accommodation and catering, etc.), sightseeing tours through Prague and its surroundings, excursions, boat trips, pre-sale of Homeland tours, sale of the official tourist card Prague Visitor Pass.

We provide basic information about the operation of the FNKV, orientation in the complex and individual services. We provide contacts to specific staff, information on prices of services, regulatory fees.

We are engaged in promotion of Croatia as a destination country for tourism. We provide information service for tourists. Among the destinations offered are Zadar, Dubrovnik, Sibenik, Split area, Kvarner, Istria, Slavonia, Zagreb, Lika - Karlovac and Central Croatia.

We provide all information about Prague, sightseeing tours through Prague and its surroundings, excursions, boat cruises; presale of the Homeland History tours; sale of the official tourist card Prague Visitor Pass and sale of national and international tickets of Czech Railways.
