The Information Centre provides the public with information on current events in the House of Commons as well as the functions and organs of the lower house of parliament. We organise regular educational seminars for teachers and high school and university students.

Provision of information about Japan. A reading and study room is available, as well as a multi-purpose hall with a capacity of 50 people suitable for lectures, workshops, seminars or study sessions.

We are engaged in promotion of Croatia as a destination country for tourism. We provide information service for tourists. Among the destinations offered are Zadar, Dubrovnik, Sibenik, Split area, Kvarner, Istria, Slavonia, Zagreb, Lika - Karlovac and Central Croatia.

We provide information services related to public transport in Prague and its surroundings. We sell tickets, coupons, timetables, maps and souvenirs. We issue Lítačka cards, PID cards and student cards. We sell Prague Visitor Pass, tickets for line 42 and FlixBus. We distribute public transport plans, information on fares and closures.

We offer tourist information about the city district and its surroundings, sale of tourist souvenirs, overview of cultural and sporting events, search for transport connections, overview of the nearest institutions and facilities, information about the possibilities of assistance in life situations, forms of the City Hall.

The information centre is located near the Central Ceremonial Hall, just 20 metres behind the gate of Olšanské Hřbitovy on the left. The new office offers visitors considerably more comfort, including seating. We operate a funeral service, Prague crematoria, a number of ceremonial halls and 33 cemeteries.
