The aim of the project is to raise awareness among the inhabitants of the region and visitors about the history of the region, the villages that have disappeared due to the construction of the Fláje dam, to provide information about the use of hydroelectric power in the area and about the water supply in cooperation with the Rauschenbach dam in Germany.

The info centre is focused on classical energy, making it the first of its kind in the country. It thematically complements other CEZ Group information centres dedicated to nuclear energy and renewable sources. In addition, there is a unique feature on the power plant premises - a 140-metre high tower.
