We specialise in family holidays all year round. We provide stays with children's swimming, skiing, exercise and themed programs for children. We also offer camps for children and sports and relaxation weekends for women.

We offer healthy movement through individual and group classes. We specialize in movement activities for children and adults such as dance and exercise programs. We also organize workshops and exercise retreats in the country and abroad. Our aim is to promote healthy lifestyles and physical enjoyment.

We offer accommodation for rent for weekend and longer stays. There are 12 beds with pillows and blankets, and an additional 8 beds on the floor in the clubhouse with carpet. Capacity is therefore for about 20 people. You will find an electric cooker with two hotplates, an electric kettle, a fridge or a microwave.
