The cottage is 130 years old and was completely refurbished in style in 2017. It is located in the centre of the small wine-growing village of Vrbice, which was voted the most beautiful village in South Moravia in 2014.

There is a covered courtyard with seating, a tasting cellar for 35 people and a 250 year old sandstone cellar. Suitable for wine tastings, parties, celebrations and corporate events.

The paid parking space is intended for caravans, motorhomes and cars with caravans. It is a grassed area on the outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of the wine cellars, conveniently accessible by an asphalt road. Parking is for motorhomes with private bathroom facilities.
