We are a small family farm that was established primarily to restore pasture in a beautiful location. We breed Dorper sheep, and other meat breeds of sheep. Raising goats and Mangalica pigs. On our school farm we specialize in growing the traditional Czech hop variety Žatecký poloraný červeňák. We offer students a unique hands-on experience in agriculture, with hops playing a key role in our educational program and regional agriculture.
