We bake bread the way it used to be done: slowly and without shortcuts. All our breads are certified organic and we really only make them with what belongs there. Organic flour, live water, yeast and salt. So come and see the quality for yourself.

We run a bakery. Besides bakery products we also offer homemade lemonades, quality coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Every day we prepare fresh breakfast and snacks (sandwiches, sandwiches, baked toast, pannini, homemade spreads on bread, desserts). Outdoor and indoor seating available.

We are a family run artisan bakery. Our renowned product is Zlivicky bread made from real sourdough. True leaven means alive and is created by the natural fermentation of rye flour. After the leaven has ripened properly, wheat flour is added and the bread dough is kneaded. Zlivický bread is baked in a steam oven.

We are engaged in the production and sale of bakery and confectionery products. We offer organic and sweet pastries and cakes. We supply multigrain and seed bread, rolls, cabbage rolls, buns, doughnuts, muffins and scones.

Artisan bakery and espresso bar specializing in sourdough breads, buttery croissants, viennoiserie, sourdough cakes and homemade buns. You'll find us in a quiet and cosy part of the courtyard - the perfect place for a quiet visit.
