We are a small bakery with a traditional Georgian recipe. As far as the Czech market is concerned, we are a young but dynamically developing company. The production of our bakery is based on a traditional recipe that we brought from our native Georgia. Here, our family's honest baking craft has been around for more than three generations.

Since 1928 our bakery has been producing wheat and sourdough bread. The bread is made in the traditional way - by rolling out a three-stage natural rye leaven. Each loaf of bread is hand-rolled by our bakers and baked in the original steam oven with two temperature zones.

We offer a wide range of handmade and shaped pastries and breads. We bake graham rolls, pumpkin bagels, cereal bagels, braids, sourdough wheat and dark rye breads that can be found at over 50 regional customers. There are also gingerbread, bublanins, linzels, tubes and more.
