We are a small bakery in Heřmanův Městec on the edge of the Iron Mountains. We keep the traditional recipe of sourdough bread. Each of our breads is original - each bread is made from traditional rye leaven and goes through the hands of a baker.

An artisan bakery that has been baking with respect for traditional techniques since 2014. Starting in 2025, we decided to share our expertise through baking classes open to the general public as well as to bakers from other artisan bakeries. We also host baking-themed team-building events on our bakery premises.

The bakery and espresso bar offers fresh artisan pastries, sweet and savoury specialities, a selection of coffee and breakfast or snack delivery to businesses and homes.

We produce confectionery products. We focus on cake shells, cakes, sandwiches, rolls, cubes, gingerbread, chocolate bars and more.

We are engaged in the production and sale of baked goods, dumplings or delicatessen. We offer buns, breads, multigrain and fine pastries, sandwiches and salads.
