Operation of the microbrewery. If you want to visit us and perhaps taste our beer directly from the tank, please contact us in advance, as we do not operate a restaurant or kiosk.

We are a group of enthusiasts who decided to build a microbrewery in South Bohemia. And since the first beer has already been brewed, now you can have a nice pint too. So cheers and here's to the first real Olešnice beer.

In our home microbrewery you can find home-made beer. We offer unfiltered light beer, light lager and semi-dark special. Beer can be purchased in the taproom where there is a possibility of refreshment or we also sell beer in bottles.

We operate a university microbrewery.

We are a family-run microbrewery from South Bohemia. We brew beers with a pleasant, slightly bitter taste that lingers gently on the tongue. Our selection includes traditional beers and classic lagers, as well as flavored and aromatic specialties and a very tasty gluten-free beer. Available in cans, PET bottles, and kegs.

Founded in 2018 by three beer enthusiasts, the brewery is a continuation of our long-standing home brewing tradition, which we have been doing since 1998. We are ultra-specialists in bottom-fermented beers. We don't pasteurise or filter our beers so that we can offer them to you in the best quality.

Strážské beer is unpasteurised and unfiltered, which means that all the healthful substances remain in it. Strážská Ema 11%, Strážský Hofmistr 12%, Strážský Baron 13% semi-dark and Černej pes 12% black. The shop is located directly in the brewery. Seating in the brewery courtyard, refreshments in the adjacent bistro.

In the local family brewery we continue the tradition of brewing beer in South Bohemia. We brew here honest, Czech, bottom-fermented beers, as well as top-fermented beers, known mainly abroad. For the production of beer we use not only quality Czech malts, but especially water from the local underground lake.

In our school microbrewery we produce the following basic range of beers: Blatské tap (10°), Blatský lager light (12°), Blatský lager dark (12°) and Blatský švihák (special, 14°).
