Operation of the brewery. We brew bottom and top fermented beers. In addition to the regular range, we also brew specials, which we rotate. We offer promotional items: paper coasters and pint glasses.

We brew unfiltered, unpasteurized beer in a family-owned microbrewery founded in 1992. Light lager 11 and 12, honey beer 15 and dark honey beer 13, light draft beer 10, Summer 10.7, ale, wheat beer, and various specialty beers. All available in PET bottles or kegs of various sizes. The premises include a self-service bar with seating.

Our brewery specializes in the production of craft beers. We explore flavors with different hops and malts, which gives our beverages uniqueness and character.

We offer traditional, unfiltered and unpasteurized lager of Pilsner type, which honours the long history of our brewing.

We are a craft brewery from Rozdrojovice, which began its history, after many years of home brewing, in 2018, when we brewed the first batch of Garrigue beer. We are creative, we like to experiment and we are constantly brewing new and interesting beers. The brewery offers beer tastings from the tank and small bites.
