The brewery restaurant is located in the historical premises under the cross vaults. The heart of the operation is the taproom with 6 taps, where you can taste our traditional lagers and specials. We brew with an emphasis on regional ingredients, and not only from tvarůžky. For your corporate or private events we have a lounge for 35 people.

We operate a craft brewery specializing in bottom-fermented beers (lagers and IPLs). We organize group tours and beer tastings. Regulars:Saddleback 11%, Saddleback 12%, Fortuna Major IPL, Friends of the Hawaiian Coast IPA. Occasionally: McHugo-Ale, Kill Bill-IPL, Mariska-APA.
We brew live and healthy beer of all beer styles according to original recipes. We match our beers with food in a pub set in a country setting. In the summer we have an open beer garden in the homey setting of a former farm yard. We welcome families with children, dogs and cyclists. Bicycles can be placed in the garden.
We inaugurated our brewery on June 6, 2014, brewing 2 rmouths in a classic two vessel copper brewhouse with a capacity of 6 hl. The beer is fermented in two phases in an open fermenter for 7 days and then matured in the lager cellar at 1°C for 30 to 60 days. We brew both classic beers and specials.
