We are a flying brewery and our beers are brewed in friendly breweries according to our recipes. We make top and bottom fermented craft beers and ship them all over the country.

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. We are thus continuing a more than four hundred year tradition of brewing in the village. We brew using the original method without filtration and pasteurization, using only original brewing ingredients. The portfolio includes bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.

We operate a microbrewery and a growing distillery.

Beer has been brewed here for more than 500 years. However, this tradition was interrupted just after the war in 1949. We are loosely following this tradition and in the spring of 2022, we will once again have great beer - both traditional and modern 21st century beer - after 73 years.

The brewery was built in the former laundry room of a family house, located near the historic center of Cologne. The brewery offers mainly bottom-fermented beers, but the offer also includes wheat beer and India Pale Ale. Beer collection is possible by prior telephone arrangement directly at the brewery.

The idea of expanding the restaurant to include a brewery was realized in 2020. The restaurant has almost a century of tradition and having its own beer was lacking. We brew unfiltered, unpasteurized, honest beers. You can taste classic lagers and top-fermented beers with us.

We operate a microbrewery with an annual output of up to 400 hectolitres. We brew 5 kinds of beers including dark beers. We produce cold-hopped specials.

We are bros from a village in the Polabí region where everyone has to know how to fix a bike, mix concrete, kick a fichtl and shoot an air rifle. Vojta is a brewer, a former homebrew guy and at that time a philute. Tomas is an architect and motivator. There's only one thing in the world we like better than a lazy life in the country. Fresh beer.

We offer a pleasant seating in the mini-hop room, an outdoor bar in front of the brewery full of fresh beer, lemonade, singlemalt whisky and a little something to eat.

The microbrewery opened in January 2015.
