Brewing honest beer from traditional recipes since 1897. We use Žatec hops and malt from our own malt house. We pay enough care and attention to our lagers, we do not rush when brewing. Lanýž beer is brewed according to traditional methods and recipes from quality Czech malts, Žatec hop varieties, brewer's yeast and local well water, which significantly contributes to the character of our beer. Our family brewery was founded in 2022. It is located in the picturesque region of Brda on the border with the protected landscape area and military area under the Koníček hill. We are a family brewery. After the experience of home brewing beer we have moved on. We brew unfiltered and unpasteurized bottom-fermented beer.

The brewery was built in the former laundry room of a family house, located near the historic center of Cologne. The brewery offers mainly bottom-fermented beers, but the offer also includes wheat beer and India Pale Ale. Beer collection is possible by prior telephone arrangement directly at the brewery.

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. We are thus continuing a more than four hundred year tradition of brewing in the village. We brew using the original method without filtration and pasteurization, using only original brewing ingredients. The portfolio includes bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.
