We operate a family brewery.

We are a small family brewery ŠPÁCAL located at the foot of the mythical mountain Blaník. We brew unpasteurized and unfiltered beer in an honest way according to the classic recipe of our ancestors.

Beer has been brewed here for more than 500 years. However, this tradition was interrupted just after the war in 1949. We are loosely following this tradition and in the spring of 2022, we will once again have great beer - both traditional and modern 21st century beer - after 73 years.

An experiential brewery that offers a variety of beers, both classic lagers and specialty beers, as well as top-fermented beers such as American Ale and Abby Ale and more. We also offer interesting tours of the brewery's operations and weekend custom brewing with accommodation and restaurant options.

Brewing honest beer from traditional recipes since 1897. We use Žatec hops and malt from our own malt house. We pay enough care and attention to our lagers, we do not rush when brewing. We proceed in such a way that even the founder of the brewery, Archduke Franz Ferdinand dÉste himself, can be proud of us.

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. We are thus continuing a more than four hundred year tradition of brewing in the village. We brew using the original method without filtration and pasteurization, using only original brewing ingredients. The portfolio includes bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.

We are a flying brewery and our beers are brewed in friendly breweries according to our recipes. We make top and bottom fermented craft beers and ship them all over the country.

The microbrewery is located in the underground under the Beseda restaurant. It continues the tradition of brewing beer in Tábor. We offer several types of beer Lichvice. A visit to the microbrewery is possible by arrangement.
