Our family brewery was founded in 2022. It is located in the picturesque region of Brda on the border with the protected landscape area and military area under the Koníček hill. We are a family brewery. After the experience of home brewing beer we have moved on. We brew unfiltered and unpasteurized bottom-fermented beer.

Všerad Court - a meeting place. Operation of the brewery. We have been brewing our beer since 2013. We take inspiration from Czech and foreign beer styles and thanks to that we are constantly improving. For our beer we use our own water sources from deep wells.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. Sale of beer in 1. 5 l PET. You can have unpasteurised and unfiltered beer 10 light draught and 12 light lager and occasional specials. It is possible to buy beer in kegs. We fill in 15l, 30l and 50l kegs, just make an appointment by phone. Gift packs. Kofola, Vinea Frizzante, ice cream on tap.

Operation of a micro-brewery.

We brew traditional Czech beer of Pilsner type, light and semi-dark lager, as well as occasionally semi-dark special or top-fermented pale ale. You can buy our beer directly in the brewery in PET bottles of 1 or 2 litres or 25 or 30l kegs. We will be happy to create a custom label for you.

The microbrewery brews Baštýř beer. The permanent offer includes a ten twelve and a semi-dark eleven. Sale of beer souvenirs.

A craft brewery in a legendary location. Ideal place for your family trip - facilities for tourists and cyclists. Gingerbread bistro, grill, smokehouse, pergola, sitting by the pond. The place is also suitable for a romantic wedding.

Family microbrewery - we produce lagers in the classic way in open fermentation vats with long maturation in lager tanks. We produce top-fermented beers in CKT. We offer unfiltered and unpasteurized beers called Loužek.
