We operate a family brewery.

Our mission is to preserve and promote traditional brewing. We offer quality beer brewed according to historical recipes that reflect the rich tradition of our baroque brewery. We look forward to contributing to a unique experience for every beer lover with our products.

We are a flying brewery founded in 2016 and we brew our beers in craft breweries that we choose carefully. This gives us the opportunity to experiment and provides much needed freedom and independence.

Our company focuses on brewing unique beers, such as New England IPAs, DDH Double IPAs, and various sour beers inspired by traditional dishes. We don’t brew anything we wouldn’t drink ourselves. For us, every beer is a unique experience, reflecting our passion for Czech beer culture.

We operate a microbrewery. We produce beer in the Černý Medvěd microbrewery. We offer a classic lager 12°, top-fermented special IPA 15°, wheat special 13°, light ten, dark Porter and ginger special Rónin. The beer can be purchased in our partner shop.

In Vinohrady you will find a restaurant with a brewery where honest cuisine meets craft beer. Brewer Jan Wiesner brews permanent beers and seasonal specials with respect for tradition and a taste for experimentation. Come and sit, taste and enjoy the atmosphere of a brewery where beer is created right before your eyes.

We are a small family brewery ŠPÁCAL located at the foot of the mythical mountain Blaník. We brew unpasteurized and unfiltered beer in an honest way according to the classic recipe of our ancestors.
